Highlight of the week

1. Mission wide conference! It was such a blast. We had to drive quite awhile to get to it but it was like a lil mini mission road trip. We drove with some the Sisters in our Zone and it was way fun. We looked through one of their photo albums and talked and talked. It was pretty early but we were all so excited to have a Alma 17 experience (our mission president calls it that) where we are all reunited with our friends who are still our "brethren in the Lord." 

The conference was great. We had Elder Pino and Elder Zwick and it was fantastic. The second they walked in the room, I could immediately feel of the Spirit. Elder Zwick talked a lot about how the Quorum of the 12 Apostles and the First Presidency pray for the missionaries so frequently. It was such an incredible thing to imagine. It is such a blessing to be a missionary at the time this hastening. I am so grateful to get to play even a small role in it.  

We got to have a lil pizza party after and we got to meet some of the Elders who our ward right now talks a lot about. It was way fun talking with them about the people they taught. I got to see a few Sisters from my MTC zone which was so enjoyable. 

On Friday I got 5 letters and it was spectacular. 4 were from current missionaries and one was from my sis. It was such a BLAST reading them. :)
