In June, my entire immediate family had the chance to vacation in Oceanside, California. It was such a sweet getaway. My mom rented this awesome condo right by the beach. Julieann and Ken flew in from Salt Lake City and met us there. A few things we did were we went boogie boarding, went to a Braves vs. Padres game, celebrated Ken's birthday, and walked the pier. It was such a fun last vacation before my mission. When my family takes pictures together it is a big ordeal (and a little painful), so I literally only have one picture (that doesn't even include my mom, and does include AG haha) from the trip. At the very end of June, my aunt, cousin, sister, mom and I drove down to my cousin Cade Wright's wedding. We spent the evening before the wedding at the Wright's house, talking, eating, and just having some good family togetherness time. It was really fun and Cade told us his proposal and all that good stuff.
The day of the wedding went so smoothly and it was such an enjoyable day. Shockingly, all five of us girls got ready in a timely manner in a not-so-big hotel room. Next, for the big event: we headed off to the Fresno temple!
The temple sealing was so simple and beautiful. Because I have only recently been endowed, I had not had the chance to go to temple sealing prior to this one. It was so special for me to be able to attend my cousin's wedding.
